Free Returns

We have a 14 day, no fuss, FREE returns policy for orders made online, should you wish to return your item. Please contact us with your order number along with a brief explanation and we will arrange for the item/s to be collected at no additional cost and at a time that is suitable for you. Once your returned item is received back we will refund you in full including any delivery costs you may have incurred. If you live locally to one of our stores and you would prefer to return your item in person, please call 0345 4677276 and we will inform the relevant store to expect you.

Online Returns For Mattresses & Made To Order Sofas

Mattresses bought online cannot be returned once the packaging has been removed. We withhold the right to refuse returns on made to order sofas, in line with Distance Selling Regulations for bespoke products.

Returns Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Packaging must be fit for transport back to ensure the safety of the goods. TIP: carefully remove packaging after receiving your delivery. Should you wish to make use of our free returns services the packaging will be fit for transportation back to us.

I've Received A Damaged Item? 

Damages are rare but occasionally mistakes can happen when delivering large, heavy items. Please inspect your goods upon delivery. If an item appears damaged, please make a note of this with the driver and sign for the goods as ‘damaged’ or alternatively refuse the delivery. It's important that you contact us within 48 hours for us to verify the damage claim. We will require a photo of the damage in question providing you have not refused the delivery. Please email photos to with your order number attached and any further information that you wish to provide. 

Cancelling Online Orders

You are free to cancel your online order at any time before your goods has been dispatched providing that you have not ordered a 'made to order' product. How long do refunds take?

For security reasons we can only return refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to complete.
