Delivery Costs

Small Items:

Delivery for smaller items can be tracked and also controlled by the receiver. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text message and email to confirm that delivery will be made the following day. A list of 'in-flight' options will be available on your phone enabling you to instruct how you would like to take delivery i.e. leave with neighbour, leave in shed, pickup from local collection point. On the morning of delivery you will receive a final text message and email with a 1 hour time slot, nice and easy!

Medium Items:

Most items within the medium size delivery category will be delivered via a two man delivery service to room of choice. When appropriate we will sometimes use a one man service - this type of service helps speed up your delivery for not so heavy items that don't require a two man delivery team. We will always inform you of the delivery service we intend to use. Should for any reason you require a two man delivery team then please let us know when we contact you and we will ensure that a two man team is used.

Large Items:

All items within the large delivery category will be delivered via a professional two man delivery service, to room of your choice.  We will contact you a week before the last day of the estimated delivery time to arrange a suitable delivery date. We will then confirm the exact delivery date via email for your records.

Store Pickup:

Available 7 days a week from your local store. Simply choose the store you want to collect from at the checkout page. Once all your items are ready we'll notify you by phone.


  • You will only pay one delivery charge for multiple items. The item that has the highest delivery charge is the one that you will pay. All delivery charges are listed on the product pages. 
  • We'll deliver all of your items at the same time when possible. On some occasions we will dispatch products from different locations and this may cause them to be delivered on different days. We would only do this with your permission.
  • We use our own vehicles and a selection of trusted couriers to deliver furniture and accessories across the UK.
  • Note: Delivery prices above are for mainland UK addresses only. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and Europe may incur an additional charge. For these areas please contact us for an accurate delivery quotation. 
  • Each product page has a delivery calculator. Simply type your postcode in to reveal the delivery cost to your area.

 Lead times are displayed on every product page underneath the price of the item. The lead time can also be found within the delivery tab of any product page..

Longer Lead Time Details

Deliveries dates for items with longer lead times will be arranged over the phone. It usually takes around 2 weeks for most furniture items to be delivered but do remember to check the product page for delivery lead times. After a delivery date has been agreed, you will receive a text message and email confirming the date along with a delivery time. On the day of delivery, our friendly drivers will call you when they're 30-60 mins away. Our drivers are a well trained furniture delivery team who will accommodate your delivery needs including delivery to room of choice - even if that's upstairs. 

Deliveries & Communication 

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email listing the goods that have been ordered along with your delivery address and order number. If you have placed your order via the phone we recommend that you check your order confirmation to ensure all the details are correct.

If you have ordered an item with lead time of 'next day,' we will contact you the next working day to arrange delivery. For the majority of in stock products, delivery time will be within 5 working days. 
We will keep you up to date with orders that have long lead times or those that are currently out of stock. All delivery lead times are listed on the product page.

Order Amendments

  • All orders can be amended before dispatch; orders must be amended via email to
  • Made to order items can only be amended before they have been put into production - usually 5 working days.
  • You can amend your delivery address up to 24 hours before your delivery date.
